Cut the ribs to separate the meat from the bones, but stay as close to the ribs as possible.

Find the vertebrae along the spinal cord and make an incision to the neck

 alongside the bones.

You can easily remove the back strap and cut the fat from it.

Remove the rest of the meat from the Goat’s carcass, and put it aside.

Turn the carcass over, and repeat the process.

The next thing you will need to do is to remove the shanks from the front legs.

You will do this by making a circular cut around the joint and then applying pressure which will expose the joint, and with a sharp knife, cut the shank away.

Then, to remove the shoulder blade, make an incision in the chest, and follow the shoulder line to the neck to remove the shoulder blade.

Now the only thing left is the neck meat, which is perfect for making a Goat stew.

Goats are small-sized animals, so they are easier to break down than cow or deer meat, and it is also easier to store their portions.

How Do You Cook Goat?

There are various ways you can cook Goat meat; here is one of them:

Since Goat meat is lean meat, and when cooked at high temperatures, it will get tough and will be difficult to chew.
