  • 3 lbs. Country-style ribs, about 1 ½ inches thick 
  • 2 tsp. Garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. Paprika

  • 1 ½ tsp. Thyme leaves (dried)

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.
