Saint Félicien is a soft cheese made from pasteurized or unpasteurized cow’s milk. It originated from France in the farms of the Rhone-Alpes region. It has a similar flavor and texture as Saint-Marcellin cheese, although Saint Félicien is creamier and slightly richer. It is known as Caille doux in France.
