Peel the skin and cut it into pieces, and put it in a container. Keep them in a refrigerator, which will help you store your vegetables for a longer period.   • Bad Taste: Luffa has a mild taste, but when they are spoiled, there are chances you can feel unpleasant after tasting it. You cannot eat your vegetable if the taste has been changed.
