While the book has more than two hundred pictures of colorful and flavourful food, unlike most beginners’ cookbooks, each recipe does not have a picture.

Arronte shows you her secrets of cooking Mexican food with the Drunken Chicken and more.  She has notes on recipe origins, techniques, and ingredients. Wll Known chefs such as E. Olvera and H.
